Refund Policy
Payments, cancellations and refunds explained.
We want every client to be happy with our work. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Morvex Media services.
1. Monthly Retainers
Retainer fees are billed in advance and cover strategy, setup and work performed during that period. Because work begins immediately, retainer fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing with 30 days' written notice.
2. One-Time Projects
For projects such as website design or content packages, a deposit is usually required before work starts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled midway, you pay for work completed up to that point.
3. Advertising Spend
Ad spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by Morvex Media.
4. Exceptions
If we fail to deliver an agreed service for reasons within our control, contact us and we will work with you to fix it or offer a fair partial refund or credit.
5. How to Request
Email morvexmedia@gmail.com with your name, invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
